Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store purchases). Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), odors, and damage
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale/clearance/discounted items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Intimates/undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at kaliroseorders@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email kaliroseorders@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit Details

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card/code.
  • Store credit is issued once the return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days).
  • Store credit does not expire unless required by law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please email us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability. In many cases, the quickest option is to return the item for store credit and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue store credit minus any shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at kaliroseorders@gmail.com - we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins.
