Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S., if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Free Shipping (U.S.)
Kali Rose Boutique offers FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts).
If your order qualifies, free shipping will apply automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We ship primarily using USPS and/or UPS (carrier selection may vary). We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being undeliverable, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery area and with household members/neighbors
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with the claim process.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s) so we can help.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their country.
