Please email kaliroseorders@gmail.com for approval. We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the item. Tags must be attached, in brand new condition & free of any odor. 

Please note purchases with a Coupon Code are FINAL SALE. Food, mystery items, pre-orders, sale items, special promotions and any items that end in $.99 or $.95 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. 

Please include packing slip when returning & specify the reason for return. Once we receive your item back we will issue back payment to card used a we offer Redo.
